Miss Hybrid

Miss Hybrid is an installation created for The Caterpillar Effect: Facing Complex Futures in the Age of AI, exhibited at the Wolfson Gallery. The concept draws on the phenomenon of AI “hallucinations,” using imperfection as a critical lens to explore the limitations and unpredictability of emerging technologies.

Positioned as a speculative fashion figure, Miss Hybrid embodies AI as a new force within the industry, constructed from recycled technological materials such as circuit boards and keyboards. The work brings together sustainability, technology, and fashion to propose a forward-facing yet critical narrative on the evolving relationship between human creativity and artificial intelligence.
